Frequently Asked Questions

Booking
To book accommodation, check availability or review our rooms here. If you would like to chat with us directly then feel free to call or text Nick on 07840 845 545

Check-in
Check in time is between 4:00pm and 9:00pm. We do accept check-ins at other times by prior arrangement.

Payment
Valid Credit or debit card details are required to secure a booking with us.

We prefer payment by card prior to your visit and within 14 days of booking. If you would prefer to pay on arrival then we can arrange a deposit to hold your reservation.

Departures
Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11:00am on the morning of departure.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or alter your booking, please inform us as soon as possible by email at enquiries@islabankhouse.com or return to the booking service you used to make the reservation.

(1)If you give us more than 30 days notice, there will be no charge.
(2)If you give us less than 30 days notice and we are unable to re-let the room(s) you will charged your full booking cost.
(3)If you do not inform us of your intention to cancel, we will be unable to re-let the room(s) and as a result, you will be charged with the full cost of the booking.

We advise all guests to take out travel insurance, to cover against the cost of cancellation.

Do you offer late check-outs?
Yes, if your room has not already been booked then for an extra £20 our late check out option allows you to keep your room till 2:30pm on the day of departure, please ask for details.

Are children accepted at the B&B?
No, Sorry we do not accept children as B&B guests at Isla Bank House. If you are travelling with children we will be happy to recommend several other establishments.

Do you accept pets?
No. Sorry we do not accept pets.
